SECURITY THREAT & VULNERABILITY ASSESSMENTS
SECURITY THREAT ASSESSMENTS are used to identify critical vulnerabilities, gaps in security, and risks posed to your organization. We examine over 600 different elements comprising your organizations entire security and defensive system. We look at everything from the facility’s perimeter, to electronic security, to building construction and defensive measures.
In order to provide you with the best product possible, we provide descriptions of a range of security tiers providing a minimum of security at Tier 0 and a maximum of security at Tier 5. Prior to the assessment, after providing you a description of the tiers, you tell us what tier your organization desires to exist at. We conduct the assessment and determine what security tier you are currently at and, using our proprietary defensive security matrix, what steps need to be taken to elevate your organization to the desired security tier. We also identify any significant deficiencies discovered and provide remedies or solutions to eliminate the deficiencies. Our recommendations are organized by the defensive layer they pertain to (like perimeter security or company practices) as well as the timeframe and cost associated.
SECURITY THREAT ASSESSMENTS are the cornerstone of our defensive security life-cycle for an organization. While performing the assessment, we familiarize ourselves with your facilities and personnel. The findings and results of an assessment are used to customize our entire range of training courses, consulting services, and design or review services. ASSESSMENT TIER 1: Includes a SECURITY THREAT ASSESSMENT, a findings report including remedies and recommendations, an EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN focused on the same topic as the assessment, and tailored training programs based on the findings of the assessment.
ASSESSMENT TIER 2: Includes a SECURITY THREAT ASSESSMENT, a findings report including remedies and recommendations, and an EMERGENCY ACTION PLAN based on the same topic as the assessment.
ASSESSMENT TIER 3: Includes a SECURITY THREAT ASSESSMENT and a findings report including remedies and recommendations.
