Founder & CEO
Luke Coleman
Luke spent 12 years in the U.S. Air Force as a security specialist and training instructor. His primary focuses of instruction were active shooter training and less-lethal weapons training where he instructed thousands of Airmen, Soldiers, and allied nation servicemembers on how to respond to threats. Additionally, Luke was in charge of the Arming and Use of Force program for an entire military installation for over 8 years and facilitated training and certification for 18 units and 890 military servicemembers. While deployed to the UAE, Luke developed the first ever joint security training program which included trainees from the US, UK, Australian, Belgian, and UAE air forces.

Founder & COO
Alex Coleman
Alex spent 6 years in the USAF as a public health specialist where she focused on decreasing disease transmission, investigating hazardous materials incidents, advising departments on workplace hazards, and working with healthcare providers to ensure our fighting forces were in top shape. She readied thousands of deploying servicemembers for combat and contingency missions. Alex most recently operated in the insurance sphere as a human resources rep and insurance broker.

Director of Industrial Security
Jason Daquina
Jason is a true physical and industrial security expert. During his 11 years in the Air Force, he was responsible for securing several military installations, 20 controlled areas, and 4 restricted areas. He ensured all these sensitive locations were hardened to DoD standards and followed all Air Force protection standards. Jason performed vulnerability assessments and inspections on hundreds of concern items at each sensitive location. While deployed, Jason was in charge of the Random Anti-terrorism Measure team where he implemented delaying and deterring measures aimed at preventing attacks on US military installations. As a Security Forces training instructor, he certified thousands of servicemembers on various topics like active shooter response, trauma treatment, asset protection, and personnel security.

Director of Training Operations
Joseph Ramirez
Joe spent most of his 12 years in the USAF as a Security Forces Training Instructor. After attending the USMC INIWIC Less-Lethal Weapons Instructor Course, he trained thousands of US servicemembers on how to properly operate and employ Less-Lethal Weapons like the expandable baton, Taser, and OC Spray as well as several non-lethal de-escalation techniques, crowd control, and physical controls. Joe also instructed first responders on medical techniques, security procedures, and asset protection. He was responsible for coordinating and tracking the training of over 300 military personnel and issued thousands of security and defense related certifications.

Director of Electronic Security
Jason Romero
Jason Romero spent 12 years in the Air Force as a security specialist where he became an expert in electronic security systems like camera systems, alarm systems, access control, emergency alerting systems and more. Jason was responsible for the security of over 60 buildings and 890 military personnel. He conducted inspections and assessments on 18 separate units and had no penetrations or incidents at any of the areas he was responsible for. Jason specializes in designing and implementing electronic security systems that will delay, deter, and detect any potential threats.

Director of Medical Operations
Joshua Toland
Josh spent most of his 12 years in the Air Force as a security specialist and combat arms training instructor where he qualified thousands of servicemembers from all branches on various weapons systems and armaments. His efforts prepared 24 units for deployments and contingency missions. Prior to his military service, Josh worked as a nationally registered emergency medical technician and transferred those skills to the Air Force as a Tactical Combat Casualty Care Instructor. He was responsible for the medical and trauma treatment training for several units.
